Hello Bloggies!
I stayed up late last night in my wound-up state, so this morning I tried to sleep in a bit. No luck! I think my body is much happier on a standard sleep schedule. Instead I got up and went grocery shopping. I would have worked-out, but I had those novicane shots in my shoulder yesterday morning and so I’m not allowed to for 24 hours. Sometimes it’s nice to have an excuse to take a day off :O). On the other hand, my little sister, who got very seriously ill with mono this summer isn’t allowed to work out for months. Now that would be annoying…
While grocery shopping I picked up my breakfast ingredients.
Mango, vanilla soy milk, and a Trader Joes berry mango muffin. I hadn’t tried this kind before. Not bad, but I think I prefer the whole wheat carrot. TJ’s muffins are surprisingly good nutritionally and are made with really natural ingredients. So, they make for a nice breakfast treat once in a while.
Thanks for your sweet comments on yesterday’s post! I think I forget sometimes that most people feel the same at our age. Totally normal really! On that note I’m making an effort to be much calmer today :O).

i was addicted to those muffins for a while but i think i o.d.’d on them. i have never seen the carrot ones though!
